WLC Group is an ISO 9001:2015 accredited cleaning and facilities provider. It’s the standard that underpins every contract we run, and the reason our clients can stop worrying about consistency, audits and accountability.
ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems. It defines the framework an organisation uses to plan, deliver, measure and improve its work, and it’s assessed every year by an independent third-party auditor.
Holding ISO 9001:2015 means our processes, documentation, training, supervision, complaint handling, KPI tracking and continuous improvement loops have all been examined against the standard. Nothing about how we run cleaning or facilities services is informal. It’s documented, audited and re-audited every year.
For WLC, ISO 9001 isn’t a logo on a tender. It’s the operating system the business runs on. Every contract, every site, every operative inherits that system from day one.
The reason ISO 9001 matters isn’t the certificate, it’s what the certificate forces us to do every day. Below are the practical outcomes our clients see because we run an accredited quality management system.
Every site, single office or multi-site portfolio, is delivered against the same documented specification. No regional drift, no “that’s how we’ve always done it” on individual contracts.
RAMS, COSHH, training records, KPI reports, complaint logs and corrective-action documentation are produced as a matter of routine, not pulled together when an audit lands.
Issues are logged, root-caused and addressed inside a closed-loop corrective-action process. Lessons feed back into operative training, not just one site’s SLA.
Every operative is recruited, vetted, inducted and trained against documented procedures, with skills records kept current and signed off by line management.
Risk assessments, method statements and contingency plans are written before mobilisation. The boring parts of contract delivery are handled before they become problems.
For public sector and corporate tenders, ISO 9001 is often a prerequisite. Our certification, policies and audit history are packaged ready for procurement on request.
ISO 9001:2015 is built on seven quality management principles. They aren’t abstract, every one of them shows up in how we recruit, plan, supervise, report and improve. Here’s how they translate into the day-to-day for a WLC client.
Specifications, KPIs and reviews built around your operational reality, not a template.
Clear ownership at every level, from operative to senior account manager to director.
Directly employed operatives trained, supervised and developed inside one accountable team.
Documented procedures from mobilisation through to monthly KPI review, on every contract.
Closed-loop corrective actions and quarterly business reviews built into every contract.
KPI data, audit findings and inspection records drive change, not anecdotes.
A single named account manager owning the relationship across every site, every service line.
WLC Group was established in 1971. The systems that earned us ISO 9001 weren’t built for the certificate, they were built over five decades of doing the work, learning from every contract, and refining the way we operate. The certificate just confirms what our long-standing clients have always known.
Independently audited every year against the international standard for quality management.
Continuous trading since 1971. The processes you only build with time, certified.
Our quality management system is re-audited annually. Lapses don’t get hidden, they get fixed.
Every contract measured against documented KPIs, with monthly reports and quarterly reviews.

Yes. Our certification scope covers all the services on our menu, cleaning, washrooms, hygiene, cladding, window, floor care, decorating, carpet, janitorial supplies and facilities management, across all the sectors we serve.
External audits are annual, with full recertification typically every three years. Internal audits run more frequently to keep the system live, with findings fed into our continuous-improvement log.
Alongside ISO 9001, our operatives include DBS Enhanced clearance where the contract requires it, and we hold the relevant insurances, COSHH documentation and waste-carrier registrations for the services we deliver.
You get a documented specification, audit-ready paperwork, monthly KPI reporting, a structured complaint and corrective-action process, and the assurance that nothing about service delivery is informal. The certificate is the proof, the result is fewer surprises.
Tell us a little about yourself and we’ll open the certificate straight away. We only use these details to know who’s requesting it, no marketing list.
