Overview

Cleaning that keeps your operation running

From a single office floor to multi-site portfolios, our daily commercial cleaning programmes are built around your operating hours, your people and your service-level expectations. Established in 1971, we’ve cleaned through every era of office work, and that experience is built into the way we plan rotas, train staff and handle the inevitable Monday-morning issue.

Every contract starts with a site survey and a documented method statement. From day one your account manager has eyes on the floor, and you’ve got a single number to call when something needs to change.

Our process

How we mobilise an office cleaning contract

Every new commercial cleaning contract follows the same documented four-stage process, so day one runs to plan and month-three feels like month-thirty.

1

Site survey & specification

A walk-through with your office or facilities manager. We document scope, frequency, access hours and any quirks of the building before pricing.

2

Specification & SLA sign-off

Written specification, RAMS, COSHH, KPI definitions and TUPE position agreed in advance, so there are no surprises after award.

3

Mobilisation & onboarding

Operatives recruited or transferred under TUPE, kit and uniforms staged, supervisor briefed. A typical office mobilisation runs two to four weeks.

4

Live delivery & monthly review

Documented daily checklists, supervisor walks, monthly KPI report and a quarterly business review with a single named account manager.

FAQs

Office cleaning, common questions

How quickly can you mobilise a new office cleaning contract?

A single-site office mobilisation typically takes two to four weeks from contract signature, including TUPE consultation where it applies. Multi-site portfolios run four to eight weeks. We’ll commit to a written mobilisation plan before award.

Do you cover out-of-hours, twilight and weekend cleaning?

Yes. We schedule cleaning around your business hours, including early-morning, twilight, evening, overnight and weekend shifts. The right pattern depends on the office, footfall and your reception cover.

Are your operatives directly employed or subcontracted?

Every operative on a WLC contract is directly employed by WLC. We do not use agency staff or sub-contractors. Vetting, training and management are all handled in-house.

How do you handle sickness or staff absence?

Regional supervisors hold a cover roster for every contract, so absence is covered without the client having to chase. Sickness cover is part of the SLA, not a chargeable extra.

Can you also handle washrooms, floors, windows and consumables?

Yes. We self-deliver washroom services, floor care, window cleaning, carpet cleaning and janitorial supplies, available under one bundled contract with a single invoice schedule.

Talk to a real account manager, not a call centre.
