One contract, every site, soft FM consolidation under a single account manager and a single invoice.

Overview

Stop coordinating vendors. Start running the business.

If you’d rather not coordinate cleaners, supplies suppliers, window contractors and decorators separately, we’ll wrap them into a single facilities contract under one named manager. Reporting, invoicing and SLA tracking consolidated. Especially useful for multi-site operators who need consistency, not co-ordination.

We mobilise quickly, integrate with your existing site teams, and produce monthly KPI reporting against agreed SLAs. Where you have legacy contracts, we transition them in phases, no ‘everything stops on Monday’ chaos.

Why WLC Group

Facilities thinking since 1971

We’ve been consolidating facilities services for clients since long before the term ‘FM’ existed. That history means we know what consolidation actually saves, where it doesn’t, and how to mobilise without disrupting your operations, because we’ve done it hundreds of times.

  • Established 1971, over five decades of continuous trading
  • ISO 9001 accredited quality management system
  • Directly employed, DBS-checked operatives
  • Single named account manager for every site
  • Out-of-hours and twilight scheduling available
  • Proven across offices, schools and public sector estates
Our process

How we consolidate facilities services

Consolidating facilities services into one contract should reduce management effort, not increase it. Every WLC FM contract follows four documented stages, with one account team and one set of numbers.

1

Discovery & baseline

We baseline current contracts, costs, suppliers and pain-points across the portfolio. The aim is a clear before-and-after, not a sales-led estate audit.

2

Programme design

Bundled services scoped: cleaning, washrooms, hygiene, floor care, window cleaning, decorating, janitorial supplies. SLAs, KPIs, reporting and invoice structure agreed centrally.

3

Mobilisation

Phased mobilisation across sites, TUPE handled where it applies, regional supervisors briefed. A typical multi-service mobilisation runs four to eight weeks.

4

Service management & reporting

One named senior account manager, monthly consolidated KPI reporting across every site and service line, and quarterly business reviews at portfolio level.

FAQs

Facilities management, common questions

What does soft FM cover at WLC?

Cleaning, washroom services, hygiene services, floor care, window cleaning, cladding cleaning, carpet cleaning, decorating and janitorial supplies. Bundled into one contract with one account manager and one set of KPIs.

Do you also handle hard FM?

WLC’s core capability is soft FM. We coordinate with your existing hard FM provider (M&E, fabric, compliance), and can act as principal contractor on bundled soft-FM contracts where helpful.

How does pricing work for bundled FM?

Most bundled FM contracts are priced as a flat monthly service charge per site, with periodic and reactive work itemised. Pricing transparency, open-book or fixed, is agreed up front.

What reporting do you provide?

Monthly consolidated KPI reports across every site and service line, exception reporting on any SLA slip, and quarterly business reviews with the senior team. Board-ready summary packs available on request.

Can we start with one service and expand?

Yes. Many clients start with cleaning and add washrooms, floor care, windows and consumables over a 12-24 month transition. There’s no commercial penalty for staged consolidation.
