Overview

Stock that arrives before you run out

Soap, paper, bin liners, chemistry, machinery, the small stuff that derails a cleaning programme when it runs out. Our janitorial supplies arm consolidates ordering, controls usage, and replenishes stock automatically across every site you operate.

ISO 9001 means traceable batches, documented Material Safety Data Sheets, COSHH-compliant chemistry, and a contact you can phone. We catalogue what each site uses, set sensible reorder points, and watch consumption month-on-month so you don’t end up paying for waste.

Our process

How we set up a managed supplies account

Janitorial supplies should run themselves once they’re set up. Every WLC managed-supplies account follows four documented stages, so you stop counting paper rolls and start trusting the numbers.

1

Site usage audit

We audit real usage: hand towel, soap, hand sanitiser, paper rolls, bin liners, chemistry. Findings written up site-by-site so the supply plan is built on data, not guesswork.

2

Tailored product list

Recommended consumables, eco-credentials and dispenser standardisation. Costs per visit, per month and per FTE laid out clearly before sign-off.

3

Scheduled, just-in-time delivery

Scheduled deliveries to every site, no minimum order anxiety, no pallets stacked in your post room. Top-ups available within 48 hours.

4

Quarterly review

Quarterly usage review against the audit baseline, product substitutions where price or supply moves, and a single named account manager across every site.

FAQs

Janitorial supplies, common questions

Do I have to be a cleaning customer to buy supplies?

No. We supply consumables and chemistry to organisations that handle their own cleaning, as well as to existing contract clients. Managed-supplies accounts and one-off orders are both supported.

What product brands do you carry?

We carry the major commercial brands (Tork, Katrin, Kimberly-Clark, Diversey, Evans Vanodine, SCA) plus value-tier and eco-tier ranges. Brand standardisation across a portfolio is normal practice.

How quickly can you deliver?

Scheduled deliveries run weekly or fortnightly depending on usage. Urgent top-ups are typically out within 48 hours from our local depot. Multi-site portfolios run on a coordinated delivery schedule.

Can you supply eco-friendly and recycled-content products?

Yes. Recycled-content tissue, EU Ecolabel chemistry, concentrate-and-dilute systems and refillable dispenser ranges are all available. Sustainability reporting is provided on managed-supply accounts.

Can you standardise dispensers across multiple sites?

Yes. Most multi-site clients move to a standardised dispenser range over a transitional period (typically six months), with refills consolidated under one SKU and one purchase order line.
