Our process

How we set up a washroom service contract

Washrooms are the part of the building visitors notice fastest. We treat them as a programme of work, not a tick-list. Every WLC washroom contract follows four documented stages.

1

Washroom audit

We audit every washroom on site: footfall, fixtures, fittings, dispensers, sanitary units and current hygiene risks. Findings written up before pricing.

2

Programme & consumables plan

Servicing frequency, sanitary unit collections, dispenser standardisation and a consumables plan built around real usage, not generic ratios.

3

Servicing & replenishment

Scheduled servicing of sanitary and nappy bins, dispenser refills, fragrance and deep-clean cycles. Every visit logged and audit-stamped.

4

Reporting & review

Monthly service records, waste transfer notes and quarterly hygiene reviews against agreed KPIs, with a single named account manager.

FAQs

Washroom services, common questions

How often do you empty sanitary and nappy bins?

Standard service is four-weekly, but high-traffic sites move to two-weekly or weekly collections. We design the schedule around actual fill rates, not a generic frequency, and review it at every quarterly meeting.

Do you supply waste transfer documentation?

Yes. Every sanitary waste collection comes with a duty-of-care waste transfer note. Records are retained for the statutory minimum and available on request for audit, ESG and compliance purposes.

Can you replace and standardise our dispensers?

Yes. We can audit existing dispensers, propose a standardised range and either refill what’s already installed or supply replacement units on a managed-services basis.

Do you cover schools and public buildings as well as offices?

Yes. We service washrooms in offices, schools, council buildings, leisure facilities and NHS-adjacent estates. DBS Enhanced staff are deployed where the contract or environment requires it.

Can washroom servicing be bundled into a wider cleaning contract?

Yes. Most clients bundle washroom services with daily cleaning, hygiene, floor care and consumables under one contract, one invoice schedule and a single named account manager.

Talk to a real account manager, not a call centre.
